3 cups bread flour 1¼ cups warm water ½ cup sourdough starter 1 tsp celery salt 1 tsp oregano 1 Tbs olive oil Mix dry ingredients and oil with flour. Mix sourdough with water. Mix all. Add flour, if needed, to reach desired dough consistency. Knead for 5 minutes. Form into a ball and place in a sprayed oven pan. Cover with plastic and let rise 12 hours. Cover with lid or foil and bake at 475°F for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more, or until desired crust color.
