• Interview and hire the most qualified and effective security guard company
• Prepare the security guard company to properly execute the security program
• Provide on-site management to ensure precise operation of the security program
• Communicate daily with Show Management on key security and safety issues
• Be available to Show Management, exhibitors, attendees and facility personnel

A major undertaking for show management is training the security company to understand the priorities, goals and needs for their event. Facility regulations pertaining to security and safety are complex and vary in each location. DT&A provides continuous on-site management and training during the show and from year-to-year for a successful security plan regardless of the location and selected security guard company.
